In the rare event that your item arrives defective, damaged, or in the wrong colour or size, please contact us using our contact form or via email at help@football-is-life.com. Providing photos allows us to promptly solve your issues and offer a refund or replacement.

Customer Return Policy

• Exchanges or returns are available within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in unused condition.
• Shipping and handling fees from the original purchase cannot be refunded.
• Customers are accountable for covering return shipping expenses.

Note For Artists

As per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withhold/deduct commission payments on orders that are refunded to the customer. Unless, of course, the return reason is due to printing/delivery error. In these cases a replacement will be sent to the customer and no commissions deducted.
