Shipping policy

We use fast and secure tracked delivery to get your Football Is Life products quickly and safely. On average orders arrive less than 5 days after the order is placed and you'll get regular tracking updates to your email throughout the process.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Most UK orders arrive within around 3 to 6 days from when you place your order. Every item is printed to order, but this estimate already includes the time needed to make and quality-check your products before they are sent so there's no extra time to wait.

Adding your address to the cart during checkout will get you a real-time estimate of a delivery date based on stock near your location.

We achieve or exceed our shipping estimates 99% of the time, however delivery can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, around bank holidays or because of delays outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please don’t worry, just contact us at help@football-is-life.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is free when you spend £45 or more. Any delivery charge for orders below £45 will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking details where available so you can follow its progress.

International Delivery

We deliver to a wide range of countries. Available delivery options, prices and estimated times will be shown at checkout after you enter your address.

International orders can take longer than UK deliveries and may be affected by local customs or postal delays. Depending on the destination, customs charges, import duties or local taxes may also apply. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Why Might My Order Arrive in Separate Parcels?

We use a worldwide printing and distribution network to help get orders to customers quickly. If you order more than one item, products may sometimes be made or dispatched from different locations. This means they can arrive separately, but you won’t be charged extra delivery costs because of this.

Please Check Your Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery details are correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to help, although we may not be able to change the address once an order has gone into production or been dispatched.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email help@football-is-life.com with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll get it sorted as quickly as we can.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your property and with neighbours first. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the delivery provider.
